There are so many who present the area in a negative light, but there are lots of positives, and lots of good, hardworking people, and those stories need to be told as well. We have been there several times and it is a beautiful place especially in the Fall. You mentioned the cattle there, one of our trips was to buy a bull for our farm. His name is “Burkie”. It’s worth the trip.

Congratulations Josh, as a fellow Appalachian I absolutely enjoy your videos, I remember a time when Eastern Kentucky was thought to be full of backwards people that nobody but a few people that lived in that region, knew the Appalachian people were just as smart as anybody else in the world !! I just want to say thank you for your true honest exposure to people I grew up with and love so dearly !! Josh, please keep following your heart and keep documenting these wonderful folks in the hills and hollers of Appalachia !! Job well done Sir !

You Gotta mention the Military Museum ! This Museum is run by a 91 year old man who has given his heart and soul in dedication to creating a legacy for veterans from the area. It is a can't miss museum if you love Military history. It's something that Washington DC would have - it's that impressive. Ask for Tony Whitlow ( 91 years old and proud of the military history)
